Members of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. give added value to the experiences that currently exists on campus, and they are a testament to how being involved in Greek lettered organizations- particularly Zeta- can enhance college life.  

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. works cooperatively with University Personnel to implement goals and objectives and policies and procedures.  Our goal is to support our collegiate chapter’s existence on campus as a fully functioning contributing entity to campus life and the surrounding community. 

• Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. provides excellent opportunities to develop leadership skills year round.  Since chapters are self-governing entities and rely on the talents of members for success, focusing on leadership development is an inherent part of our operations. They skills our collegiate members develop in Zeta are put to use in various other campus organizations and in the classroom where they stand out as scholars!
• Community service is the essence of what Greek Life is all about.  We instill a spirit of "giving back" to the community and in fact, require the completion of community service projects to be considered a truly functioning chapter. The satisfaction that comes from helping others is immeasurable and prepares them for a lifetime of having an attitude of gratitude! 
• Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. was start by collegiate women who were scholars and we continue to take academics very seriously.  All members who joing Zeta must meet minimum standards for academic excellence and maintain those standards to keep their membership active. We realize that the best member is one who excels academically, graduates from college, achieves success in her chosen career path, and gives back to the community that nurtured her. To us, that's what being a scholar means!
• Friendships begin at the collegiate level but last a lifetime! These relationships are deeper than going to parties, more meaningful than wearing the same colors and letters. They are about the growth and development of individuals as they begin their adult life. Each member brings her unique talents to the sorority and is loved and respected for the way she is and for who she is.
• Proper balancing of academics and social activities is essential for success. Zeta prides itself on being able to help fellow members develop socially and learn to have fun in a safe environment.
• Zeta is a network of women worldwide who offer support and guidance in all of life's endeavors. Being a member of Zeta does not end with our collegiate experience but rather it last a lifetime. To that end, as alumni we support our collegiate members during and after college to ensure their success.
